Application For Membership

If you would like to apply for membership with our lodge, you can do one of the following:  

• Snail Mail - You can download the application which is a fillable PDF file that you can then mail to the secretary of the lodge.  

• Online - Click on this link to fill out an Electronic Application.  (You will still need to mail a payment or pay online)

Once your application and payment have been received, the lodge will vote on your application and notify you if you are accepted.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact our secretary.

We have two different levels of membership:  Active Membership and Associate Membership. 

 Active Membership:  According to Article III, Section 2 of our Constitution and Bylaws Active Membership is defined as:  "Any regularly appointed or elected full-time employed law enforcement officer of the United States, any State or political subdivision thereof, or any agency may be eligible for membership in the Fraternal Order of Police, subject to the provisions of this Constitution and By-Laws of the Order. No person shall be denied membership on account of race, religion, color, creed, sex, age or national origin."

• • • Article III, Section 3, Paragraph A states that Active Membership Shall/May include the following:

      1.   Regularly appointed or elected full-time law enforcement officers.

      2.   Retired regularly appointed or elected law enforcement officers.

      3.   Subject to the approval of the lodge:  Regularly appointed or elected law enforcement officers who have resigned from there law enforcement duties and who have remained in good standing with the lodge.

• Associate Membership:  According to Article III, Section 2, Paragraph C of our Constitution and Bylaws Associate Membership is defined as:  "Honorary Membership (Associate Members) shall be comprised of individuals recognized by the Lodge for exceptional service or contribution to the nation, the state, political subdivision, the law enforcement community or the Fraternal Order of Police."
